Overview:

 

The Dotted i is seeking passionate and qualified professionals to join our team for various initiatives. Our focus is on advancing advocacy, communications, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), entrepreneurship, and gender and social inclusion, with the goal of strengthening the impact and sustainability of our projects. We aim to empower marginalized groups and enhance the growth of NGOs, INGOs, start-ups and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) Our approach is rooted in collaboration with stakeholders, including policymakers, donors, entrepreneurs, and development agencies.

 

Experience:

Three (3) or more years of relevant experience.

 

Country:

Kenya

 

The areas of technical and advisory assistance include:

 

·         Advocacy and communications

·         Budget development and realignment

·         Business systems support

·         Data analysis and dashboard creation

·         Entrepreneurship and MSMEs Business Development

·         Gender, Youth, and Social Inclusion

·         Human Resources

·         Monitoring and evaluation

·         Qualitative and quantitative research

·         Translation services

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant disciplines such as Communications, M&E, Business Administration, Gender Studies, or related fields.

  • Three (3) or more years of progressive experience in the applicable field.

  • Proven expertise in your area of specialization, such as leading advocacy campaigns, implementing M&E systems, supporting MSMEs, or designing gender-sensitive programs.

  • Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.

  • Familiarity with donor requirements is a plus, especially for organizations like USAID, EU, and UN.

  • Kenyan nationals are encouraged to apply.
