Role Overview

We are seeking two high-capacity Remote Virtual Assistant Interns to support The Dotted i. This role is designed for individuals who possess a sharp analytical mind and the ability to execute complex administrative and developmental tasks with surgical precision. You will be a key contributor to our business development and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Coordination: Schedule and coordinate high-priority meetings and conferences with clients' staff, ensuring seamless transitions across calendars.

  • Meeting Governance: Prepare detailed meeting agendas and take comprehensive meeting minutes to drive post-meeting action items.

  • Proposal Development: Work closely with various departments to research, draft, and develop winning proposals.

  • Strategic Research: Identify and research potential funding sources and donors specifically aligned with The Dotted i clientele.

  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date donor and prospect information within our internal databases.

  • Communication & Content: Manage social media accounts and web content; draft and deliver professional reports and letters in a timely manner.

  • Quality Control: Organize daily workflows and provide rigorous proofreading for all documents to maintain the highest professional standards.

  • Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive information and maintain absolute discretion at all times.

  • Versatility: Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support the evolving needs of the executive team.

Requirements

  • Education: * Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.

    • Recent graduates or final-year students with a strong academic record are encouraged to apply.

  • Exceptional Literacy: Superior proofreading skills and the ability to write persuasive, professional copy.

  • Research Prowess: Ability to navigate complex data to find funding opportunities.

  • Discretion: A proven track record of handling high-value, sensitive information.

  • Technical Fluency: Proficient in digital collaboration tools (Google Workspace/Office 365), social media management, and CRM maintenance.

  • Reliability: A "get it done" attitude with the ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
